Volunteer Impact Enterprise edition: Searching Volunteer Profiles

Generating a list of just the right volunteers is a snap.
Each branch / department can search through its own list of volunteers, and the Volunteer Impact Enterprise administrators can search through the entire list of volunteers.
You can create a list of volunteers by searching based on:
- Name, address and contact information
- Interest in a general type of role
- Qualified for a particular role
- General availability by day and time of day
- Availability for a role or even a particular shift of a role
- Information stored in the unique general custom fields
- Information stored in the unique custom qualification fields
- The number of hours worked by the volunteers
- The dates that volunteers are on the schedule or not on the schedule
- Committee membership
- Volunteer birthdays
- Anniversaries of service

The Volunteer Impact Enterprise administrator can find volunteers from any branch / department by searching based on:
- Name, address and contact information
- Information stored in the Volunteer Impact Enterprise edition custom fields
- Information stored in the Volunteer Impact Enterprise edition qualification fields
- The number of hours worked by the volunteers
- Volunteer birthdays
Combine Your Searches!
Any of these search options can be combined with any of the others to create larger lists or filtered to make smaller ones.
And once you have your list you can:
- Print a report based on the list
- Export to MS Word or MS Excel
- Send the volunteers on the list an email
- Send the volunteers on the list a text message
- Create phone lists
- Create mailing labels
- Open any of the volunteers’ profiles and once you close it, the filtered list you started with remains in place
